By using this website you accept these terms. You may read, share and link to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or scrape our articles, images or business directory without written permission.

3. Our content

We work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, but rules, prices and procedures in Spain change often. Our content is general information and does not replace advice from a lawyer, gestor, tax adviser, doctor or other professional. Always check with the relevant authority before you make decisions.

4. Business listings (Find a Business)

• All applications are reviewed manually. We may refuse or remove a listing without giving a reason, for example if the information is misleading or the business does not fit our readers.
• New listings are free for the first month. After that the price is €50 per month (plus VAT where applicable), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Price guarantee: for partners who join in 2026 or 2027, this monthly price will not increase before 31 December 2027.
• There is no minimum term. You can cancel by email before the next billing period starts; no refunds are given for periods already started.
• You are responsible for the information, images and documents you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use them.
• A listing is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses.

5. Advertising and sponsorships

Banner advertising and category sponsorships are agreed individually. Price, period and placement are confirmed in writing before the campaign starts. We keep full editorial independence – sponsored content is always clearly marked.

6. Links to other websites

Our pages contain links to other websites, including advertisers and partners. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content, or from dealings between you and any listed business or advertiser.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights.
