Kantur Estates is a Danish-run estate agency on the Costa del Sol with its office in Marbella. The team helps Danish-speaking buyers and sellers with property across the Costa del Sol and the rest of Spain, from Marbella, Estepona and Mijas to Benahavís, Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Torremolinos.
Buyers get help finding a property, negotiating the price and handling the whole process, including NIE number, bank, loan, notary and insurance. Due diligence is done with an independent lawyer, who checks the title deeds, debts and licences. Sellers get a free valuation and access to Danish and international buyers, and investors get advice on rental properties and new builds.
The whole process can be handled in Danish, and the team also speaks English and Spanish. Kantur Estates is run by owner and lead broker Cemil Kantur, with Tobber Witt as broker and back office.
